MC NylonCast Nylon

MC Nylon is synthesized by ionic polymerization is a high-stiffness engineering plastic having a much higher molecular weight and crystallinity compared to general extruded nylon.
Nylon features outstanding creep resistance, heat resistance, size stability and wear property
The casting method is used to manufacture MC Nylon in diverse sizes and shapes, and, different from extruded nylon, such MC Nylon can be supplied to be applied to large-scale, plate/sheet, rod and pipe-shaped products.
